Enhancing the betterment of policy framework in the field of renewable energy

Most governments throughout the world are short sighted in term of devising a policy and so their goals and targets are short term goals. The polices needs to undergo a considerable change and my idea towards it is to bring in a 10 year plan. It may be a 10 year plan but it would definitely have short terms targets. I feel that the Policy should not be a 'trend' driven or market driven but a policy which is  helps in reduce the usage of fossil fuel on the long run. The policy should be focused on the betterment of the regional community and its surrounding environment than a general policy with a common goal.

For example, I feel that if the government is ready to subsidize the System costs and help the budding renewable energy players and consumers to grow in developing countries, it will not only have a positive impact on the community(creating new jobs) but it will also bring in the awareness of energy conservation.  The policy should be framed in such a way that not only the needs of the local electricity boards are cratered but enough funding and budget allocation should also go to other departments in the country as well. To implement it and make it successful , other departments such as educational department, Small scale industries department, Land department, local municipality, National Banks, etc. should be roped in.

Through the educational department, schools should be funded with books and renewable energy based exhibitions to promote renewable energy. Textbooks and special course can be introduced in schools explaining them about the benefits of  renewable energy /sustainable energy/energy conservation.

The policy should be able to give considerable leverage to land purchased for Renewable energy Installation, like Land tax exemption or cutting off registration fees are some of the points. National Banks could reduce the interest rate for the consumer who plans to get a loan from the bank, These projects can be registered under a single nationalized committee, which would direct the banks to avail the loans through FCFS (first-come, first-served) basis .

Reincarnation from Egypt

When Dorothy Eady arrived to Egypt for the first time, it was obvious to her that she had been there before. But her last visit near the Nile may have taken place thousands of years earlier. Dorothy was born on January 16, 1904 in the London suburb of Blackhearth. Doctors believed that she would not survive a terrible fall when she was three years old. However, it seems that the accident she faced was the beginning of her unbelievable life - a moment of opening the gate to the memories of a past life. Over the years, many skeptics tried to disprove Eady’s mystifying tale, but nobody could ever fully negate that she was one of pharaoh Seti I’s (c. 1290 - 1279 BC) lovers. An Ancient King’s Lover? Dorothy grew up in a Christian family and she attended church regularly when she was young. One day, her parents took her to the British Museum. While looking at the photograph of the temple of Seti I, a pharaoh of the 19th dynasty of the New Kingdom Period (and the father of Rameses ...

Second Birth of Buddha ... Mulbekh, India

Situated 45 km from Kargil and 260 km from Leh in Ladakh region of Jammu and Kashmir, Mulbekh Monastery is famous for its two gompas and the nine mtr tall statue of Maitreya Buddha. The Mulbekh Monastery with its gompas stands on a peak above the Srinagar-Leh highway. The two gompas are of Drukpa (new Buddhist school) and Gelugpa (old Buddhist school). Another reason for Mulbekh Monastery’s fame is the 30 ft long limestone sculpture of Maitreya Buddha. Carved onto the rock face, the sculpture of standing Maitreya Buddha overlooks the National Highway 1D between Leh and Kargil. The sculpture measures nine meter from base to its top. Maitreyas is also known as Chamba so Mulbekh Monastery is popularly known as Mulbekh Chamba. Along with the nine meter tall Maitreya sculpture, there are many prized relics along with the statues and frescoes in the monastery. The rock sculpture is believed to have been carved by Ladakhi missionaries to propagate Buddhism. Though the rock sculpture repre...

Humanoid figure in sky

Zambian locals ran away in terror when they saw a strange human-like figure appear in the clouds above a shopping centre. The alleged apparition, which looked like a Dementor from the Harry Potter movies, was spotted above the Mukuba Mall in Kitwe. Photographs show a large humanoid head and torso, tailing into the sky and it is thought to have measured more than 100 metres (330ft) long.  The dense black shape looked like it was made from a different material from the clouds. From the angle of the photograph, it looks like the apparition was looking down on the shopping centre. The figure hung in the sky for about half an hour and some thought it was a manifestation of God.  A witness said: 'We were shocked to see images that looked like a human in the clouds for close to 30 minutes.  'Some started worshipping but others ran away. It was so strange.'
